Grant Application

Here is everything you’ll need to apply for the AFA Artists in Education Grant. Please call or email us immediately if you have any questions.

For the application form, please visit the AFA website and, where it says Artists and Education, click on the relevant links to download those documents.

The first page will ask you for our Alberta Registration Number: 509045159, and our Registration Date: 11/02/2000. This is a new addition to the grant application document, so please take care. See below for what it looks like!

For our own template that gives you an idea of what to put down, click here. PLEASE NOTE: Do not copy our template word for word. You need to show some originality in demonstrating why your school deserves the funding; if you just copy what we have said, you are very likely to be turned down.

Here is what Page 1 of the actual application looks like. It might seem a bit overwhelming at first but it’s really quite straightforward! And remember: once you’ve filled out page 1 as below, please print the document before proceeding; that Adobe Reader saves your changes consistently is contested.
